Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush Review

I recently purchased the Mary Kay Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush and I have had wonderful results.  My skin is oily/combination and I wear make up on a daily basis.  I have seen all the hype about the Clarisonic, but there was no way I was going to spend $200 on a face brush.   Then I got a catalog from my Mary Kay consultant and saw that the company came out with their own version for only $50!

This cleansing brush doesn't have to be charged (batteries are included) and comes with 2 brush heads.  Mary Kay suggests that you change your brush head every 3 months.  There is 2 speeds and you can use this brush in the shower.

Here is the science behind the hype:

How much have you been missing?

After cleansing: Pink = makeup residue

[right] Manual cleansing by hand
In a clinical study, women applied fluorescent makeup to their foreheads (to show residue under UV light). Using cleanser, they washed one side by hand and the other side using the Skinvigorate™ Cleansing Brush. After cleansing, even though the women thought they had removed all makeup, there was still residue left, as shown in UV lighting in the right side of the image.

My Results:

After just one use of this brush I noticed a world of difference!  My skin was softer, smoother, and my moisturizer worked 100% better.  I think anyone can benefit from this brush.  Whether you need to exfoliate, have large pores, or just want to remove make up every night I recommend this highly!

My Mary Kay consultant, Hollie Young, is amazing and will take care of you, please vist her website at http://www.marykay.com/hollie.n.young (this link will take you directly to the skinvigorate brush) and send her a message saying I sent you.
